Marrakech – draa valley – Zagora
Departure in the morning to the city of Zagora, located about 8 hours drive from Marrakech by crossing the mountains of the High Atlas and the pass of Tizi N’Tichka, this is considered among the highest peaks of this majestic mountain range with 2.260m of height. Continue the journey to Agdez, where you will enjoy a panoramic view of the Draa valley. Then you will follow this valley to Tansikht, where you can discover kasbahs and typical villages along the Draa valley to Zagora, then you will continue to the bivouac installed in the Tizi Desert, at the end of the tarmac road you will replace the van with camels to reach the bivouac. Dinner and overnight at the bivouac.
Zagora – Chegaga – Oasis de Fint – Iriki Lake
After the Berber breakfast ,return of the dromedaries for an hour ride in the morning before taking the private 4×4 and go to the extreme south by the old trail of the caravans then by a sandy track before arriving at The oasis of Maiht Assoullah for lunch then continuation towards the great dunes of Chegaga , you will have time to climb the large dunes and take a short walk before resuming the track towards the dunes of Erglihoudi with a break at the sacred oasis to refresh yourself from the source. Arrival at the Bivouac, after a ride on dromedaries, you will admire a beautiful sunset over the dunes, distribution of the Berber tents, dinner and night in tents or under the stars and early evening, typical delight meal, campfire, tea around the fire.
chegaga – Zagora – Ait ben haddou
After breakfast in Chegaga, return to Zagora to meet your driver and departure to Ait ben haddou, a UNESCO World Heritage site. This well-preserved Kasbah is an architectural masterpiece of the Berber style, and it has also served as a backdrop for many famous films. After a guided tour of the Kasbah of Ait Ben Haddou and lunch, return to the hotel (to ait ben haddou or Ouarzazat according to availability) and dinner to finish your day.
Ait ben haddou – Ouarzazat – Sidi Flah – Marrakech
Breakfast at the hotel and departure to ouarzazat…. Arrival in Ouarzazate with a short visit of this magnificent cultural heritage, a maze of highly decorated rooms and beautiful ramparts, we will visit the Kasbah de Taourirt built in the 17th century, described by Henri Terrasse as the jewel of this region in “Kasbas Berbères de l’Atlas et des Oasis, Horizons of France, Paris, 1938, p.93”. Departure after to oasis Sidi Flah (This oasis is maintained by some local families who cultivate various products, such as vegetables, aromatic plants, almond trees, palm and olive trees.) for a little visit before Take the road back to Marrakech. Arrived in Marrakech and end of your tour.
