The Quote Process
At Red City Tours Marrakech, we promise to provide you with a personalized quote within 48 hours of finalizing the details of your event. Once the quote is accepted, we assign a dedicated Program Manager to oversee your transportation needs. This manager will be your main point of contact throughout the entire process, ensuring clear communication and a smooth experience. We believe that setting clear expectations and maintaining thorough pre- and post-event communication is key to the success of your event.

With the IGroup app, you can make immediate changes to the schedule, track chauffeur and guest statuses, and stay informed about flight and arrival details. Additionally, we use the Saghro Track app to monitor our fleet in real time, ensuring we have full details about our vehicles and drivers. This allows us to provide you with timely and accurate updates about your transportation, including any changes or delays.
Keeping Track of Your Group
Our experienced coordinators are trained in airport meet-and-greet procedures, hotel load-ins and load-outs, and managing complex venues. Using our advanced software and the Saghro Track app, we can provide live updates on chauffeur statuses, track vehicles via GPS, and make quick changes or cancellations if necessary. Our mobile app also allows your coordinators to stay connected and manage all transportation details with ease, ensuring everything goes according to plan.
Expectations
We confirm all trips 24 hours in advance and provide an additional confirmation 30 minutes OUR FLEET before each scheduled run. You can also request to receive text or email updates with chauffeur details, including their name, picture, and contact information, as well as real-time event status updates. For a professional touch, we use iPads for clear and easy signage at all pick-up points, displaying logos and names. Our 24/7 dispatch center is available for any last-minute questions, changes, or cancellations, and your dedicated Program Manager will always be available to assist you.
