Reservation

Day & multiday trips and Activities:
Reservation can be in two forms:

• All bookings are confirmed immediately upon payment. No further action is required.
•  Book now and pay on the day of travel. Please note that your reservation is not fully confirmed until payment is completed.

Morocco Tours (Full planed tours):

• Reservations are confirmed by paying 25% of the total amount.

Pick-up & Drop off

We bring to our entire Travelers’s attention that the pick-up details be shared in the day before via
WhatsApp (We appreciate providing us of a working WhatsApp number).
For Hotels, Riads, or accommodations not accessible by mini-bus, pickup will be at the nearest accessible
point we provide.
We recommend arriving at the meeting point 10 minutes before your scheduled pickup time.
Please note that a short delay of 5–10 minutes may occur, as this is a group tour and delays from other
travelers are possible.
For all hotels and accommodations located outside of Marrakech, an extra fee will be charged for pickup
and drop-off. Our team will confirm your pickup location and inform you whether it’s included in the pickup
area, along with the exact amount if any additional cost applies.

Refund

Full Refund
Given when the cancellation is made within 24H in advance for One day and multiday trips, and 7days in
advance for Full planned Morocco Tours & our Packages.
Non-Refundable
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the activity’s start time.
All our tours and options are clearly described. No refunds will be given if the experience doesn’t match
your personal expectations. You receive exactly what you book.
10minutes delay means No-Show (Client doesn’t show up), which is non-refundable.

Cancellation

All bookings can be canceled up to 24 hours in advance for a full refund. Cancellations made less than 24
hours before the activity’s start time will not be refunded.
For our full planned Morocco tours, cancellations must be made at least 7 days in advance to receive a
full refund. Cancellations made less than 7 days before the tour are non-refundable.
As Red City Tours, we reserve the right to cancel bookings at anytime due to the following cases:
Extreme Events (Force Majeure), Natural disaster, strikes, weather conditions, or political issues.
In case of Technical issues that might happened during the trips, Red City Tours will be responsible to
resolve the problem any deferent forms such providing alternatives…etc. None refund will be applied
but the tours will be continued.

Insurance

We do not provide any kind of insurance to our travelers. However, we strongly recommend that you
arrange your own travel insurance to ensure a safe and worry-free experience.

Forgoten Luggage and stuff

At Red City Tours, we are not responsible for any luggage or personal belongings that are forgotten or
lost during our tours. While we may keep any items found in our vehicles, we are not responsible for
their return or delivery. Found items will be safely stored at our office until you come to collect them
