3 Days Desert Tour from Marrakech to Zagora – 2 Nights Sahara Trip

Departure in the morning to the Zagora city, located about 8 hours drive from Marrakech crossing the
High Atlas mountains and the Tizi N'Tichka pass, this one is considered among the highest peaks of this
majestic mountain range with 2.260m high. You make a stop in this pass to admire the landscapes of
the Atlas then you continue to the Kasbah Ait Ben-Haddou which we will visit, it is declared as an
international heritage of humanity by UNESCO. Continue the journey to Ouarzazate and Agdez, where
you will enjoy a panoramic view on the Draa valley. Then, you will follow this valley until Tansikht,
where you will be able to discover kasbahs and typical village along the Draa valley until Zagora, then
you continue to the bivouac installed in the Tizi Desert, at the end of the paved road you replace the
bus with camels to reach the bivouac. Dinner and overnight in the bivouac.

After the Berber breakfast, take the camels for a one-hour ride in the morning before taking the private
4x4 and leaving for the far south by the old caravan trail then by a sandy track before arriving at the
oasis of Maiht Assoullah for lunch then continue to the large dunes of Chegaga, you will have time to
climb the large dunes and take a short walk before taking the track to the dunes of Erglihoudi with a
break at the sacred oasis to refresh yourself from the source. Arrival at the Bivouac, after a camel ride,
you will admire a magnificent sunset on the dunes, distribution of Berber tents, dinner and night in
tents or under the stars and early evening, typical delicacy meal, campfire, tea around the fire.

Departure in the early morning to get Zagora in 4x4, and to join your minibus and driver to come back
to Marrakech via the Draa valley and the Taourirte Kasbah.
